From our base in Jinhua, we handle product sourcing, factory inspection, container consolidation, and delivery to our off-load hubs in Ghana.How do I get started?Contact us with what you want to buy or ship. We send you options and a quote, then guide you through sourcing, inspection, payment, and shipping, all with one team.Can you find a supplier for me in China?Yes. Using our network in Yiwu, Jinhua, and Guangzhou, we match your product to a reliable factory at a fair price, collect samples, and negotiate on your behalf.What products can you export?General consumer goods, heavy-duty and industrial machines, and sedan and SUV vehicles, along with most products made in Chinese factories.Where do you ship to?We ship from China to Ghana and West Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom. See our Shipping To pages for the ports and details for each region.How long does shipping take?Sea freight from China to Ghana is typically 30 to 45 days, and China to the USA or UK varies by port and route. Air freight is available for time-critical shipments (China to the US in as little as 3-5 days).How often do containers leave?We consolidate and load containers every month, so your goods never wait long for space.Can you combine orders from different suppliers?Yes. We hold your goods in our Yiwu, Jinhua, and Guangzhou warehouses and consolidate purchases from several factories into one container to lower your cost.Do you handle customs clearance?Yes. We prepare the export documents in China and coordinate import clearance in Ghana so your goods are released without delays.Do you deliver to my door?We clear your goods, move them through our Accra, Kumasi, and Sunyani hubs, and arrange last-mile delivery to your location.

How do I track my shipment?Use our online tracking with your booking or shipment number to see your order status at any time.Will I get updates while my order is in progress?Yes. We keep you informed at each stage, from sourcing and inspection to container loading and arrival in Ghana.Can I see my goods before they ship?Yes. During factory inspection we send photos and video of your goods so you can review them before final payment.What if there is a problem with my order?If inspection finds an issue, we tell you before you pay, so it can be fixed or the order adjusted while there is still time.Who is my point of contact?You work with one team from sourcing to delivery, reachable by phone, email, or your preferred messaging app.Do you have staff in Ghana?Yes. Our local team manages off-loading and delivery through Accra, Kumasi, and Sunyani.What are your working hours?Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 12pm to 4pm. When do I pay for my goods?Payment terms are agreed up front. For factory orders, final payment is released after inspection confirms your goods are correct.What does a quote include?We show you the cost of goods, our service fee, freight, and estimated duties, so you can see your full landed cost before you commit.Is there a minimum order?There is no fixed minimum. Smaller orders are consolidated with others to keep shipping affordable, and we scale up as your business grows.What documents will I receive?You receive invoices, packing lists, and export documents for your shipment, along with inspection reports and loading photos.Do you inspect before I pay the factory?Yes. Independent inspection before final payment is a core part of our service, and it protects your money.How do I pay Ocean Eagle Group?We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and L/C (Letters of Credit) for larger transactions. We agree the method with you before work begins.Can you help me import vehicles or machines?Yes. We handle sourcing, documentation, and shipping for cars, SUVs, and heavy machinery into Ghana.Do you handle customs clearance in the USA and UK?Yes. We work with licensed customs brokers to handle US ISF (10+2) filing and duty payments, and UK import clearance including EORI and UKCA requirements.Do you charge for a quote?No. Requesting a quote is free. Contact us and we will come back with options and pricing.
